¡Viva Max Grand! – A Longtime Favorite Finally Returns to Porn

He’s baaaacckkk!
Actually, he’s not back yet, but according to the Adams Report and super agent David Forest, Max Grand is on his way back to porn!
As someone who came of legal age to buy latin porn in the early 90’s, I bought every magazine or videotape with Max Grand on the cover (and it didn’t matter if his name was spelled Maxxx Grand, or Max Grande.) I still have my VHS copy of RamJet and I think I may take a one-handed trip down memory lane this evening.
Hell, I’ve even jerked off to the phone sex commercial that he did with Ryan Idol that seemed to be at the start of every tape put out by VCA/Catalina Studios.
Here are a few more pics, for those who aren’t familiar with legendary pornstar Max Grand.
The first photo is from his work at Hot House Studios where he was never really cast as a stereotypical latino. Looking back, he always seemed to be the friendly guy from the neighborhood gym, not the knife-wielding car thief. His sex scenes where always versatile (almost a 50/50 split.) Later in his career, he did quite a few really hot bondage movies in which he mostly bottoms. Last year, I reported that I was a little concerned to see Max Grand in the documentary 101 Rent Boys. Although he gives a thoughtful and intelligent interview, being “Rentboy #62″ was a far cry from his glory days as a Chi Chi LaRue favorite on the pornstar A-list.
And so, it’s good news to hear that he is under the wing of Forest Management which currently represents some of the hottest men in porn (and in the case of Stonie, a hot man on his way to becoming a woman.)
