Latino Porn Star “Rocky” Dies at Age 26

“LOS ANGELES – Rocky, a performer who got his start in gay porn in 2001, died Thursday, Dec. 7. The cause was lymphoma. Rocky’s real name was Ernest Juarez. He was 26.
The announcement of Rocky’s death was sent to GAYVN on Saturday by his agent, David Forest. In an email Forest said, “He was admitted to Cedars Sinai Hospital in mid-May (2006) and was diagnosed with cancer (lymphoma). He had been HIV-positive for three years and, unfortunately, had a widely known crystal meth ‘habit.’ HIV and major crystal abuse, when combined, do not seem to lead to good endings. Rocky never left Cedars all these months.”
Rocky’s many movies include Angel Blue (Pacific Sun); Aqua (GAI); Crash of the Titans (Big Blue); Getting It Straight (Jocks); No Shirt, No Shoes, No Problem (All Worlds); Ryker’s Web (Arena); and The Scout Club (Studio 2000).
