Don’t you hate it when sexy guys disappear for awhile?

No email, no blogs, and not even a tweet?

I’ve been off in South America for a few weeks. After the GAYVN Awards I received an outrageously low roundtrip ticket to Latin America (only $400!!!) Anyway, I’m back to life in NYC and gay porn blogging.

Another much more popular (and slightly better looking) guy who pulled a disappearing act is Jonathan Vargas. He was (and still is) a boyish, yet muscular latino who shot to fame with six amazingly hot videos for Lucas Entertainment and a popular blog.

Suddenly, the videos stopped and the blog when silent leaving fans to speculate on Jonathan’s disappearance. (Some fans like me where easily distracted by the hundreds of other hot latin guys doing porn while JV was away … but, I digress.)

GayPornTimes brings the news that Jonathan Vargas is back to blogging, back to New York, but there’s no word yet if he’s back to porn.

P.S. On the topic of amazingly hot, boyish, smooth, latin, former Lucas exclusives who stopped doing porno … whatever happened to Christian Cruz!?!

Each model who has a photo gallery on LatinBoyz.com has a little poll where viewers can vote on them. Earlier this month, a new model name Rigo appeared.

After scrolling through his awesome photos (with one hand) I decided to give him a nice big vote, but noticed the poll was gone and replaced by the world’s “LatinBoyz Hall of Fame”

That’s it! No more votes needed. We have a winner!

Two minor complaints:
1.) they forgot to get Rigo to spread and show his hole for the camera (yes, some men are pigs and enjoy that sort of thing)
2.) the video doesn’t have any interview footage, which is a shame since I bet he has a sexy accent

Time flies when your having fun (and making porn!)
We’re approaching the 2nd season of DVD releases from Alexander Pictures for 2009. So far, all I could find were these boxcovers for 6 upcoming movies.

A few good trends that I’m noticing …
* Tommy Lima is officially a star and his fine latin ass is a virtual pot of gold. If the DVD, “Blacks on Tommy Lima” is done right, it should be insanely hot.
* Brazil is back on top! (Maybe it was too much too soon for Bueno Aires, but it appears that the Argentine gay porn bubble may have popped.)
* Marcelo Souza might be the next Tommy Lima? After appearing in videos for AMG Brazil (under the name Marcelo Mastro) where his versatility was neglected, Alexander Pictures has gotten this young brasileiro to bottom with amazing results.
