Lately, this blog is becoming a crime report. Last week, there was the gay-for-pay homocidal porn star. This week, we have the story of 3,000 DVDs stolen from the warehouse of Pitbul Productions (the home of Tiger Tyson and his stable of young black/latin studs.)

NEW YORK – A judge has granted gay adult producer Pitbull Productions a temporary restraining order against Yocko Distributors, claiming it was distributing DVDs stolen from its warehouse.

Pitbull has also filed a lawsuit against Yocko over its alleged unauthorized distribution and sales of Pitbull content. The company is seeking $5 million in damages.

Pitbull spokesman Michael Violet said Sunday that the New York Supreme Court granted the order against Yocko and its principal, Lenny Yocko, barring the company and Yocko from selling, distributing or disposing of DVDs produced by Pitbull.

Violet said his company contacted police and the FBI after it discovered that 3,000 DVDs were stolen from the company’s New York facilities last week. Authorities then identified at least two models, one of whom had worked for Pitbull, as suspects in the theft, Violet said. The second model had worked for a Pitbull competitor.

At least one arrest was made in the case. Details were not released.

But Yocko said he was surprised at the lawsuit.

“I caught the guy selling the stuff and called them about it. But they gave me some bullshit story and now they’re doing this,” he said of the lawsuit.

“I only got 700 pieces from the guy who was in the movie. Then I heard it was stolen.”

In its complaint, Pitbull alleges that Yocko had acquired the stolen property and were then selling the DVDs in the New York market to adult video stores well below market value, thus damaging Pitbull’s sales through its distributor Marina Pacific Distributors.

In a statement, Violet said his company aims to aggressively prosecute those involved in the theft of its content.

“Pitbull Productions takes very seriously any infringement on its proprietary material,” he said.
“Pitbull is working with law enforcement and intends to apprehend and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any and all individuals involved. The studio has thanked law enforcement for the immediate response, investigation and cooperation which has led to the recovery of most of all of the stolen DVDs and the subsequent arrest of some of those involved.”

(Denver, Colorado) A 25-year old man who appeared in more than a dozen gay adult films has been arrested in Arizona for the murder of a wealthy Denver businessman.

Timothy J. Boham, 25, who used the name “Marcus Allen” in his porn career was arrested along the Arizona border with Mexico. He was seen loitering near a crossing point and approached by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers.

When he was questioned Boham allegedly surrendered peacefully and said there was a murder warrant out for his arrest in Denver.

John P. Kelso, 43, was found shot to death in his Denver home earlier this week by a housekeeper.

Kelso, who was openly gay had made a sizable fortune in the debt recovery businesses and was considered a leader in the field. Denver police say that Boham had worked for Kelso after giving up his adult film career a year ago.

Police have not given a motive for the killing.

Despite appearing in numerous gay films Boham had distanced himself from the adult industry and allegedly regularly disparaged gays. The Rocky Mountain News reports that a neighbor recalled that when Boham moved into a Denver apartment above him he “sanitized” his apartment by thoroughly scrubbing it because a gay man previously had lived there.

Among the films in which Bohan appeared are “Little Big League,” “Through the Woods,” “Never been touched,” and “Ripe.”

As a fan of ethnic men, I stay on the lookout for something new.

I’m always happy to get something in my mailbox from Brazil (or less exotic locations like East Harlem) but there are a few nationalities and ethnicities that are hard to find … like Native Americans/Indians.

The story and art direction are not very authentic, although the sex is worth watching. And Max Grand does pull off the Native American look pretty well. (He’s like the Lou Diamond Phillips of gay porn!)

It also stars Stonie, who does not pull off the tribal look very well (see photo), and should just stick to being a cute young white power-bottom.

As my search concluded, I finally found the real deal … Dust Unto Dust – An American Indian Sex Story!

I haven’t had a chance to buy it yet, so I can’t give a review of this one. But, the cover looks … interesting.

This DVD is definitely worth owning! And it’s very easy to review, too!

The other day, I received quite a treat … a free sampler DVD from Tiger Tyson’s Pitbull Production studio entitled “Feel This”

It’s hard to believe how time flies, but Pitbull Productions now has about 30 videos under its belt (which is probably not that comfortable considering how much dick is down there.) I’m always happy to see more competition and variety in blatino porn, and think that older studios like Latino Fan Club need to be kept on their toes.

Pitbull has a nice mix of fresh discoveries and older stars from other studios that we’ve grown to love. Remember, Tiger Tyson himself is an former LFC coverboy.

Although, Tyson may be Pitbull’s top dog, the studio’s true breakout star is Supreme!
